The Gloom Weaver is an eerie, shadowy creature resembling a mix between a spider and a wraith. Its body is composed of flowing black mist and it sports eight elongated, ethereal limbs that shimmer in the dark. Its large, glowing amber eyes pierce through the night, and its mouth stretches unnaturally wide, revealing sharp, crystalline fangs.
Once guardians of the forest, the Gloom Weavers fell into darkness after a great betrayal by the elves they once protected. Consumed by anger and sorrow, they turned into malignant creatures, now taking on the role of predators. Longing for their lost purpose, they wander seeking both vengeance and a way to remember who they once were.
