The Astralraith boasts shimmering scales that reflect the hues of a sunset, with iridescent wings that span twice its body length. Its eyes glimmer like twin stars, and its tail ends in a fan of celestial feathers, giving it an ethereal presence.
Once guardians of ancient celestial temples, the Astralraiths were forced to retreat into the skies as men sought to exploit their magic. Though they prefer solitude, they often intervene during natural disasters to shield the realm below, driven by the memory of their lost sanctuaries.
